Our core service

Pain Unlocked Plus

At ReGainU, we believe in the transformative power of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy as a means to help individuals regain control over their lives and overcome the burden of chronic pain. Our specialised program, Pain Unlocked Plus offers a comprehensive and personalized approach to the treatment of chronic pain. This 19-week journey begins with a six week group programme providing clients with valuable knowledge and skills for effectively managing their pain. Following these group sessions the client will then progress onto one-on-one EMDR therapy sessions with a highly trained therapist, ensuring individualized attention and care. Through weekly sessions, clients will work closely with their dedicated therapist to unlock the layers of trauma contributing to their chronic pain, promoting a holistic and sustainable path to relief.

“Our specialist team offers highly effective, personalised and evidence-based programmes for individuals, employers, insurance companies and case managers”

Why Choose Us

Traditional pain management programmes do not work for patients with chronic pain

Whilst psychological therapy is considered as an integral element of MDT approach for chronic pain, the majority of the psychosocial approaches to the treatment of chronic pain are characterized by insufficient effects on pain intensity and only low to moderate effect sizes for disability and coping.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as the most common psychological approach in treating pain is effective in reducing disability but the effects on pain intensity are negligible compared with active controls.

EMDR has shown to be effective in reducing pain intensity, disability, and negative mood.

"Unbelievable outcome from the first few sessions itself. I have had so many therapies, cures and treatments, that I lost count. But I feel like a different person even after 4 sessions"
